well well well... you need boiling water... ice cubes in big numbers... I believe i will be just as quick peeling them with a knife, I 'm used to it! But it really looks fun!!
I guess you are right, but if you were peeling potatoes for a Thanksgiving dinner, and you had 50 bazillion other things to work on... It "might" be helpful. : )
